Public invited to fill out accessibility survey

Released: June 2, 2016 at 3:16 p.m.

Winnipeg, MB - The City of Winnipeg invites members of the public and interested organizations to fill out an accessibility survey.

The City recognizes that barriers to accessibility may create difficulties for some people to fully participate in activities of daily living. We want to learn about what the community considers policy and procedural barriers to accessing City facilities and services.

The feedback received will help develop a City of Winnipeg Accessibility Plan. The survey will be available online until June 30, 2016 and is expected to take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Individual responses will remain anonymous and confidential.

For more information please visit: City of Winnipeg Accessibility Plan.

To view the survey please visit: 2016 City of Winnipeg Accessibility Plan Survey.

Should members of the public require the survey to be delivered or provided in an alternate format, they are asked to contact or call 204-986-2131.
