The City of Winnipeg is aligning applications for incentive programs under one form to make things easier for applicants. This form can be used to apply for the Housing Accelerator Fund Capital Grant Incentive Program, Affordable Housing Now TIF (Tax Increment Financing), or Heritage and Economic Development Incentive (HEDI TIF). Check eligibility for other programs and indicate which programs you are applying to.
