Incentive grants application

At this time, the City of Winnipeg is no longer accepting applications under the Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) or Multi-Family Sustainable Housing Infrastructure Program (MSHIP) or Affordable Housing Now program has been fully subscribed. 

The City of Winnipeg is aligning applications for incentive programs under one form to make things easier for applicants. This form can be used to apply for the Heritage and Economic Development Incentive (HEDI TIF). Check eligibility for other programs and indicate which programs you are applying to.

Intake now closed for:

  • City of Winnipeg’s Housing Accelerator Fund Capital Grant Program
  • Multi-Family Sustainable Housing Infrastructure Program (MSHIP)
  • Affordable Housing Now Tax Increment Financing (TIF)

If you are not eligible for particular programs, a City of Winnipeg staff will contact you to advise that your application is not eligible.
