Incentive grants application

As of September 2025, the City of Winnipeg is no longer accepting applications under the program. One project was approved under the program, creating 118 units of housing.  On November 27, 2025, Council approved a reallocation of funds to support local infrastructure improvements to support housing.

As of February 10, 2025, the approved budget for the Affordable Housing Now program has been fully subscribed. At this time, the City of Winnipeg is no longer accepting applications under the program.

The City of Winnipeg is aligning applications for incentive programs under one form to make things easier for applicants. This form can be used to apply for the Multi-Family Sustainable Housing Infrastructure Program (MSHIP), or Heritage and Economic Development Incentive (HEDI TIF). Check eligibility for other programs and indicate which programs you are applying to.
