Update on skywalk closure between Delta Winnipeg Hotel and RBC Winnipeg Convention Centre

Winnipeg, MB - The City of Winnipeg continues to work with an engineering firm and a contractor to complete structural repairs on the skywalk that links the Delta Winnipeg Hotel and RBC Winnipeg Convention Centre.

The skywalk will be closed to pedestrian traffic beginning Monday, October 12, 2015 and is anticipated to temporarily reopen on Friday, October 16, 2015. The skywalk will be closed once again the evening of Wednesday, October 21, 2015 as work continues.

The City would like to apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause and thanks the public for their patience as the skywalk repairs proceed. We will continue to update the public as this work progresses.
