Adjusting to our new transit network has been an admittedly bumpy ride for some Winnipeggers.

We’ve heard concerns loud and clear and continue to work hard behind the scenes to help make Transit work better for you.

At the same time, we’ve also heard from some for whom the new network was smooth sailing right out of the gate. Transit rider Kiana spoke to us about six weeks after the new network launched to share her positive feedback. Kiana is an autism advocate who prepared for the transition and found an easier ride to work and back.

I can get home a lot faster so I can relax and enjoy the rest of my day.

When Kiana saw others struggling, she took to social media to share tips on how she made Transit work for her.

Meanwhile, Jon started taking the bus as a teen. He said it’s more convenient than it was before.

He estimates his morning trip to south Winnipeg is now nearly an hour shorter than it was before the network changed.
