Two hardworking members of our 311 Contact Centre team can now call themselves the best of the best.

Lakhdeep and Bhavna were recently honoured at the Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievement (MECCA) Awards.

Lakhdeep was awarded Customer Service Representative of the Year. Meanwhile, Bhavna was named Leader of the Year. They were both nominated by their colleagues.

“We’re proud to see Lakhdeep and Bhavna honoured in this way,” said Joel Knockhart, Manager of the 311 Contact Centre.

Both are committed to supporting residents and their colleagues. Being recognized by their industry peers makes these awards even more meaningful.

The MECCA awards highlight the dedication and professionalism of those who go above and beyond to support customers and co-workers. They’re presented by the Manitoba Customer Contact Association.
