Heading to Princess Auto Stadium to cheer on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers? Try Transit for an easy ride to Princess Auto Stadium.

There is no shortage of options to get you to and from the game, including:

  • Regular and extra pre-game service

  • Park & Rides

  • Regular and extra post-game service

  • Winnipeg Transit Plus

Make sure to download the Winnipeg Transit app and use Navigo to easily check schedules and find the bus stop locations. Navigo is also accessible through your internet browser.

Pre-game service

You can hop on one of four routes that takes you directly to the University of Manitoba campus before a game:

We also run extra service on those routes on gameday. They operate with an X next to the route number. These buses do not appear in online schedules or on Navigo, which means trips on these buses can’t be pre-planned.

All buses marked with an X in the route number will operate to Stadium Station:

  • X74: Kenaston Princess Auto Stadium

  • XF8: Pembina Princess Auto Stadium

  • XF9: Abinojii Mikanah Princess Auto Stadium

  • XBLUE Princess Auto Stadium

Park & Rides

Another popular way to get to games is with our Park & Ride service.

There are two Park & Ride locations – Clarence and Seel Stations - along the BLUE rapid transit line with more than 1,000 on-site parking spots. While parking a vehicle is free, passengers are still required to pay the full regular fare when boarding a bus.

Information about Winnipeg Blue Bomber-operated Park & Rides, including the cost and routes, is available on their website

Post-game service

Like our pre-game service, there are several regular service bus routes that operate from Stadium Station post-game:

  • BLUE to Seel Station or the University of Winnipeg

If you are unsure of where to catch your bus on your return home, Transit Supervisors will be on site to help guide you to your bus. Wayfinding signage is posted at Princess Auto Stadium to help you find where to board your bus too.

We also add extra buses on those key routes. They do not appear in online schedules and Navigo, so these trips can’t be pre-planned. Extra buses are marked with an X before the route number. All extra buses leave from Stadium Station (Gate 4) after the event.

  • X74: Keewatin

  • XF8: Henderson

  • XF9: Lagimodiere

  • XBLUE

Transit Plus service

Pick-up and drop-off locations for Winnipeg Transit Plus customers who have booked trips in advance are located at Gate 1, at the corner of Chancellor Matheson Road and Ken Ploen Way.
