Lifeguards Have Complete Authority

The onsite supervisor has the right to allow or prevent access to any part of the pool or the pool in its entirety should there be any safety concern regarding the patron's use of the facility.

Be sun safe!
Sunscreen and hats are encouraged. To keep our pools clean, suntan oils are not allowed.

Single visit: $8.55

Child/Youth (2-17 years)

Single visit: $3.81

Groups

(limit of six people, two adults maximum)

Single visit: $16.81

  • Effective September 2, 2025
  • All fees include applicable taxes
  • Caregivers, teachers and workers who help persons with a disability attend for free

Customers and households who meet the requirements for the Recreation Fee Assistance Program are eligible for free, rechargeable 10-visit passes.

Renewal requirements

Delays in reporting or paying your accommodation tax, or scheduling your annual inspection may impact the timely renewal of your licence. Ensure that the following steps are completed as soon as possible.

Accommodation tax reports and payments

All accommodation tax reports and payments must be up to date. If you are unsure if you have outstanding taxes, please contact us at CMSLicensing@winnipeg.ca.

Annual property inspection

An annual property inspection must be conducted before your licence can be renewed. 

  • Email CMSLicensing@winnipeg.ca to schedule your inspection
  • Include the address of your short-term rental property in your email

Inspections are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Accurate information on file

Any discrepancy in owner and/or property information may result in the suspension or revocation of a licence. To update your information, call 204-986-2234.

Payment of licence renewal fee

Short-term rental licences are not renewed until the licence renewal fee is paid.

Adults must be accompanied by children at the following combined spray pads/wading pools: Central Park, Sturgeon Heights, Vimy Ridge Memorial Park, Westdale, West Kildonan, and Machray Park.

Please note that the washrooms at these sites are only available during wading pool hours.
