Interim injunction order granted

Winnipeg, MB – The Court of King’s Bench granted an interim injunction order in relation to the blockade at the Brady Road Resource Management Facility.

As of 6 p.m. on Friday, July 14, 2023, the interim injunction order prohibits the blocking of any roadway and the free flow of traffic thereon on all roadways associated with access to The Brady Road Resource Management Facility, including on Waverley Street, Ethan Boyer Way, Brady Road, and rue des Trappistes.
