Update on the City of Winnipeg Application for an Injunction

Winnipeg, MB – Today, a judge of the Court of King’s Bench directed the City of Winnipeg to issue a press release as notice to the respondents of the City’s application in relation to the blockade at the Brady Landfill.

The application (Court File No. CI23-01-41869) will be heard on Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 12 p.m. at the Law Courts located at 408 York Avenue, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

All materials filed by the City of Winnipeg in support of the application are publicly available on the City’s website.
