Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service update: Regent Avenue and Lagimodiere Boulevard Motor Vehicle Collision

Winnipeg, MB – At 3:53 p.m. on October 30, 2018, Winnipeg Fire Paramedic (WFPS) crews responded to a two-vehicle collision involving a WFPS ambulance at the intersection of Regent Avenue and Lagimodiere Boulevard.

One patient was extricated from their vehicle and transported to hospital in stable condition. Two paramedics were also transported to hospital in stable condition. There was no patient in the ambulance at the time of the collision.

The cause of the motor vehicle collision will be investigated by Winnipeg Police Service. Traffic is impacted in the area and motorists are advised to find alternate routes.
