Residents can now manage their City of Winnipeg utility accounts online with MyUtility

Winnipeg, MB - Winnipeg residents can now manage their City of Winnipeg utility accounts online, anytime with MyUtility.

MyUtility is a convenient portal that allows customers to view and manage their City of Winnipeg utility bills online, using any device, including smartphones.

Registering for a MyUtility account gives customers access to their City of Winnipeg utility account details and allows them to:

  • View City of Winnipeg utility bills online
  • Submit meter readings
  • Sign-up for pre-authorized payments
  • View current utility bill rates
  • View their household water consumption history
  • Sign up for paperless billing
  • View details for multiple accounts

We encourage residents to register for MyUtility and take advantage of paperless billing to reduce waste and invest in a greener future. The online self-service tool will also help customers budget and identify ways to reduce their water consumption.

To register for MyUtility, visit myutility.winnipeg.ca. To register, customers will need a valid email address and their City of Winnipeg utility account and meter numbers, which can be found on a copy of their City of Winnipeg utility bill.
