Portions of Messier Street and Cottonwood Road to be closed for railway crossing reconstruction projects

Winnipeg, MB - The following road closures will be in effect over the next week for CP railway crossing reconstruction projects:

  • Messier Street between Archibald Street and Dawson Road will be completely closed to eastbound and westbound traffic starting at noon on Tuesday, June 7 and will reopen at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
  • Cottonwood Road between Archibald Street and Crestwood Crescent will be completely closed to eastbound and westbound traffic starting at noon on Wednesday, June 8 and will reopen at 6:00 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2016.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes in this area to reach their destinations.
