Public newsletter online

We have a lot going on at the City of Winnipeg that can affect your daily lives. Now, you can easily stay up-to-date on what is happening by signing up for the new weekly Our City Newsletter. It launches June 4, 2021 and will be sent out every Friday.

The newsletter will contain valuable information that impacts residents and businesses, including updates or changes to City programming or services as well as reminders about seasonal activities such as insect control, spring cleanup, and snow clearing operations.

It will also feature tips on relevant topics ranging from how to reduce mosquitos on your property and ways to connect with 311, to what you can and cannot recycle and other useful information. It will be offered in both English and French formats.

“We want to make it convenient our residents and business community to find out what is happening at the City and how it impacts them,” said Felicia Wiltshire, Director of Customer Service and Communications.

You’re encouraged to sign up for the newsletter through our website.

We also offer newsletters on a variety of specialized topics such as public engagement, leisure activities, and insect control operations.
