Let’s Talk, Transit: New information sessions launching this spring

Travel trainers ready to help you navigate your bus network with new weekly information sessions

Our Transit travel training team knows our bus network inside and out. This spring, they’re sharing their tips and tricks with you.

The ‘Let’s Talk, Transit’ information sessions run weekly over the lunch hour. Each session explores a different topic. They’re designed to help you get the most out of our transit system. These sessions are part of our commitment to make transit work for you.

What you’ll learn

Navigating Our Transit System
Tuesday, March 17, 12p.m. – 1 p.m.
Topics include:

  • Primary lines and feeder routes
  • Effective trip planning
  • Trip planning tools
  • Transit fares

Winnipeg Transit Plus
Tuesday, March 24, 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Topics include:

  • Overview of Transit Plus
  • Application process and eligibility
  • How to book a ride

On-Request
Tuesday, March 31, 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

Topics include:

  • What is On-Request?
  • How On-Request works
  • Where is it available
  • How to book

WINNpass
Tuesday, April 7, 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
Topics include:

  • Program overview
  • Eligibility
  • How to apply
  • Loading WINNpass

How to join

You can join these sessions online or by phone. We just ask that you register online ahead of time.
