Winnipeg, MB – The Winter 2026 Leisure Guide Swimming and Skating brochures are now available for viewing online. Registration for winter swimming and skating lessons begins Tuesday, December 16 at 8 a.m. for Winnipeg residents, and Thursday, December 18 at 8 a.m. for non-residents.

Those planning to register using leisureONLINE are encouraged to check that they are able to successfully log in to their online account BEFORE registration starts. Those experiencing difficulty accessing their account are advised to call 311. Video tutorials are available on how to create an account, how to add a family member, how to search for an activity, how to use the wish list feature, how to register for an activity, and how to view activity completion status.
