Easter weekend operating hours for Frozen Pipe Citizen Resource Centres

Winnipeg, MB - The City's three Frozen Pipe Citizen Resource Centres will have adjusted operating hours during the Easter long weekend. One centre - at the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex - will be open on Friday, April 18 (Good Friday) and on Monday, April 21 (Easter Monday).

Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex, 999 Sargent Avenue

Friday, April 1811:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 197:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
Sunday, April 20Adjusted holiday hours, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Monday, April 212:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Citizens can:

  • Sanitize and refill water containers
  • Pick-up water containers (also available at select Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Stations )
  • Receive instructions on how to sanitize a water container
  • Pick-up a personal comfort kit and/or waterless cleaning kit from our Partner, the Canadian Red Cross
  • Have in-person access to a 311 Service Representative for frozen pipe reporting and temporary hose line assistance
  • Relax over refreshments supplied by our partner, The Salvation Army
  • Access shower facilities
