Munroe Library temporarily closed for repairs

Customers can pick up held materials at Henderson Library

Winnipeg, MB – Munroe Library, located at 489 London St., is temporarily closed while we repair damage caused by a burst water pipe above the washroom area. We anticipate reopening the branch in mid-to-late August.

Water damage was limited to the washroom and immediate surrounding area. Crews are removing the affected building materials and drying the area. We will then replace the insulation and drywall, repaint the area, and clean the carpet.

Customers who had library materials on hold can pick up their materials at Henderson Library, 1-1050 Henderson Hwy. Borrowed items can be returned to any branch or by using the after-hours return at Munroe Library.
