2026 property tax bills in the mail

Winnipeg, MB – This year’s property tax bills are on their way to approximately 240,500 households. The deadline for paying this year’s property taxes is Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Winnipeggers can pay property taxes:

  • Through the Tax Installment Payment Plan (TIPP)
  • In-person at a financial institution
  • Telephone or internet banking
  • By credit card through third-party provider Plastiq
  • By mail or courier
  • In person by cash, debit, or cheque at one of two locations:
