City services temporarily unavailable Thursday evening during scheduled network upgrades

Winnipeg, MB – Some City services may be temporarily unavailable Thursday evening onto Friday morning while we perform network upgrades.

This essential work will improve the security, reliability, and performance of our systems so we can provide better customer service to residents.

Outage details

To reduce the impact to the public, we have scheduled these upgrades to occur overnight.

While we do this work, some of our services may be intermittently unavailable from 9 p.m. Thursday, March 26, 2026 until 5 a.m. Friday, March 27, 2026.
