Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responds to a fire on Sydney Avenue

Released: December 1, 2025 at 9:40 a.m.

Winnipeg, MB – At 10:47 p.m. on Sunday, November 30, 2025, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to reports of a fire in a house in the 500 block of Sydney Avenue.  

At the scene, crews found smoke coming from the house. Everyone got out of the house safely. No injuries were reported. Firefighters attacked the fire and declared the fire under control at 11:32 p.m. 

The fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available.
