Eligible voters to cast ballots in by-election on October 25

Winnipeg, MB – A by-election will be held on October 25, 2025.

Eligible voters will have the opportunity to cast a ballot for a candidate for City Councillor – Elmwood-East Kildonan Ward, School Trustee for Louis Riel School Division Ward 3, and School Trustee for Pembina Trails School Division Ward 1.

Information on the nomination process for those interested in becoming a candidate, who is eligible to vote, how to cast a ballot, and relevant legislation about the election is available online at winnipeg.ca/byelection2025.
