Winnipeg, MB – At 1:49 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service responded to reports of a fire in the 400 block of Langside Street. The 9-1-1 Communications Centre dispatched additional resources due to the size and complexity of the incident.
At the scene, firefighters found three houses with smoke and fire coming from them.
Firefighters attacked the fires. At the same time, they searched all three houses and did not find anyone inside any of the houses. All occupants safely evacuated before crews arrived. No injuries were reported.
Firefighters declared the fire under control at 3:05 p.m.
The City of Winnipeg’s Emergency Social Services responded to the scene to provide temporary support to displaced residents.
Firefighters found one cat on the scene. The City of Winnipeg’s Animal Services Agency responded to provide temporary support.
The fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available.
