One-day closure coming to Louise Bridge

Released: March 26, 2025 at 10:10 a.m.

Winnipeg, MB – Louise Bridge will close in both directions for a portion of Friday, March 28.

The closure will be in place from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. to accommodate bridge bearing repairs.

We will maintain pedestrian access on the west sidewalk.

The bridge will remain open for the morning and afternoon rush periods. Motorists should use either the Provencher Bridge or Disraeli Bridges to cross the river during the closure period.
