City of Winnipeg launches official School Trustee by-election website

Winnipeg, MB – The 2024 School Trustee By-Election for Louis Riel School Division Ward 1 will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024. Eligible voters will have the opportunity to cast a ballot for one candidate for the Office of School Trustee.

In advance of by-election day, the City is encouraging eligible voters to check out its by-election website at winnipeg.ca/byelection2024. The website covers a wide range of topics, including information on who is eligible to vote, how to cast a ballot, and all relevant legislation pertaining to the election. School division residents will also be able to find information on the nomination process for those interested in becoming a candidate.
