Tell us why your cat should be Winnipeg's number one!

Winnipeg, MB - why not let the rest of Winnipeg know too! If you can purr-suade us that your cat is number one, he or she could win a cat licence for life!

To enter, submit a photo of your kitty along with a write-up describing why he or she is a great member of our feline community and why he or she is a fan of responsible pet ownership. At the end of March, Winnipeg’s #1 cat will be selected. The #1 cat will then receive the #1 cat licence (a free licence for your cat’s lifetime) and a commemorative plaque.
