Attend an Ideas Fair and help shape the future of the Winnipeg Public Library

Released: May 22, 2014 at 10:54 a.m.

Winnipeg, MB - special events designed to gather input and help provide direction for the Library’s new strategic plan.

Each Ideas Fair is an opportunity for the public to provide more in-depth feedback on four themes:

  • Community
  • Collections
  • Programs and Partnerships
  • Space and Service Delivery

A “passport” will guide participants through stations of activities. The completed passport also enters participants for door prizes, including tickets to the play, War Horse.

Parents and caregivers are encouraged to bring the whole family. Each Ideas Fair will have a children’s area with age-appropriate feedback activities.

This first Ideas Fair is today, May 22, 2014 at Henderson Library, 1-1050 Henderson Highway, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Drop in to an Ideas Fair, share your ideas, and help shape the future of Winnipeg Public Library for your community! All are welcome.
