Major Capital Projects - test

Reporting schedule

Quarterly status reports

The Asset Management Administrative Standard FM-004 requires all major capital projects, as defined in the Major Capital Projects Appendix in the annual Council-approved Capital Budget book, to report quarterly to the Standing Policy Committee on SPC Finance and Economic Development. SPC Finance and Economic Development may also request reporting on any capital project. These reports have been received as information by SPC Finance and Economic Development and are also posted on the City’s Decision Making Information System (DMIS).

A Major Capital Project Financial Status Report provides information concerning the Public Service’s delivery of the project, thereby enhancing transparency and accountability to the public. Reporting on the progress of all open Major Projects supports the Public Service in ensuring that resources are being utilized in a timely manner and properly prioritized.

Click on the Project for a list of Financial Status Reports tabled at SPC Finance and Economic Development meetings. From the list of Reports, click on the desired Report Icon to open the DMIS Report.
