Did you know...
Service crews with the Water Services Division work from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., 7 days a week, 364 days a year? They work on all holidays except Christmas Day. These are the staff that repair water main breaks, clean water mains, inspect and maintain fire hydrants and replace water meters. So, when you see these staff working on a weekend or on a holiday, you'll know they are not working overtime – they are simply working their regular shift.
