20th Anniversary of the WPS Half Marathon

2024 marks the 20th Anniversary of the WPS Half Marathon.

What was first expected to be a a one-time fundraising event for the Canadian Cancer Society is still going strong. To date, the team has raised over 2.7 million dollars for the Canadian Cancer Society.

Race Director Nick Paulet, who also serves as the Divisional Commander of East District and volunteer Annette Eibner were on CTV Morning Live March 5th talking about the race,its origins and the cause. 

They've both been a part of this annual event since its inception!
