Technical Difficulties – Online Reporting

Released: April 19, 2024 at 12:23 p.m.

The Winnipeg Police Service has been experiencing intermittent technical issues, with its online reporting system.  During Q1 of 2024, we processed over 11,349 online reports and believe these issues have affected a limited number of people.

We are actively working with the vendor and will notify citizens once we have restored full service.

Until that time, if you have previously submitted an online report and did not receive an email response indicating your submission was either, “Approved”, “Rejected” or “Further Information Required,” please notify the WPS by emailing  WPS-online@winnipeg.ca

Include your:  Name, Address, Phone Number, Type of Report and the Confirmation Number (eg: T24-12345), if known.  Thank you for your patience while we work towards a resolution.
