Homicide – Arrest: C21-278721

Released: January 11, 2022 at 8 a.m.

On December 21, 2021, members of the Winnipeg Police Homicide Unit made an arrest in the murder of Tyler YAREMA, who was shot and killed on November 29, 2021.

Keegan Shamus LITTLE, 24, has been charged with Second Degree Murder. He was detained in custody.

Investigators have identified four additional suspects, and arrest warrants for Second Degree Murder have been issued for them.

Investigators are asking for the public’s assistance in locating the following suspects:

Bryce Alexander KEATING, 23
Height: 5’9”, Weight: 181lbs

Jake Steven DUCHARME, 32
Height: 6’1”, Weight: 166lbs

Jamie Lee RUDOLPH, 33
(AKA: Jamie Lee KNIGHT)

Height: 6’0”, Weight: 211lbs

Jamie Rae SHORTING, 24
Height: 6’1”, Weight: 216lbs

These suspects are not to be approached. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to contact Homicide investigators at 204-986-6508, Crime Stoppers at 204-786 TIPS (8477), or 911.

As previously released:

On November 29, 2021, at approximately 5:30 a.m., Winnipeg Police General Patrol officers responded to a report of gunshots at a single-family residence in the 200 block of Forrester Avenue. Officers located an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound. Police administered emergency medical care until EMS arrived and transported the victim to a hospital in critical condition.

The victim has since succumbed to his injuries. He has been identified as Tyler Patrick YAREMA, 42, of Winnipeg.

The investigation into this incident is continuing by the Winnipeg Police Homicide Unit. Anyone with information is asked to call 204-986-6508 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
