Armed Robbery – Arrests: C21-277074

Released: November 28, 2021 at 8 a.m.

On 2021-11-27, at approximately 1:00 a.m., two males went to a convenience store in the 3000 block of Ness Avenue. One entered the store while the second waited outside. The first suspect approached the clerk, flashed the handle of a gun and demanded money from the clerk. The suspect fled after obtaining a small amount of cash and cigarettes.

West District General Patrol officers responded and located to suspects a short distance away. The pistol was determined to be a BB-gun.

A 14-year-old and 15-year-old were arrested and face charges of Armed Robbery Using a Firearm.
