Motor Vehicle Collision – Charges: C21-53970

Released: July 4, 2021 at 8 a.m.

On July 3, 2021, investigators from the Winnipeg Police Service Traffic Division arrested the 20-year-old female driver of a vehicle involved in a serious collision on March 10, 2021, in the 700 block of Dale Boulevard.

The driver faces two counts of Operation of a Conveyance Causing Bodily Harm while impaired. She was released on an Appearance Notice.

As Previously Released:

On March 10, 2021, at approximately 01:15 a.m., emergency services personnel responded to a motor vehicle collision in the 700 block of Dale Boulevard. The driver of an SUV lost control resulting in the vehicle striking a tree.

The driver was conveyed to hospital suffering minor injuries. A male passenger was conveyed to hospital, and is presently in stable condition. A second male passenger was conveyed to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
