Drug Seizure – Arrest: C21-8149

In October 2020, the Winnipeg Police Service Guns & Gangs Unit began an investigation regarding the drug trafficking of cocaine.

On January 12, 2021, the Guns & Gangs Unit, with the assistance of the Tactical Support Team, executed a Controlled Drug and Substances search warrant in the 100 block of Sage Creek Boulevard.

Two individuals were taken into custody, and the investigation led to the seizure of the following items:

  • 20 ounces of cocaine (estimated street value $40,000)
  • $10,000 in Canadian Currency
  • drug packaging materials
  • personal identity documents
  • cellular devices

Justin Joseph PAILLE, 31 of Winnipeg, has been charged with :

  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking –Cocaine
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000

He was detained in custody.

A 33-year-old female of Winnipeg faces charges of:

  • Possession of a Scheduled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking –Cocaine
  • Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Over $5000
