Serious Motor Vehicle Collision – Investigation: C20-281256

Released: November 27, 2020 at 8 a.m.

On November 27, 2020, at approximately 1:20 p.m., emergency personnel responded to the area of Kenaston Boulevard and Columbia Drive/Lindenwood Drive East for the report of a multi-vehicle collision.

A preliminary investigation indicates seven vehicles have been involved in the collision and five people have been transported to hospital. One person has been transported in critical condition, two in unstable condition and two in stable condition.

Officers remain at the scene. It is anticipated that the intersection will remain closed into the evening. Traffic delays are expected, and drivers are asked to avoid the area.

The investigation is continuing by members of the Traffic Division. Anyone with information regarding the matter, or that may have witnessed the collision, is asked to contact investigators at 204-986-7085 or Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
