Recycling and garbage collection delays continue due to frigid weather

Winnipeg, MB - Due to the effect of the frigid temperatures on workers and equipment, together with the snowfall on Saturday, December 28, 2013, there continues to be delays in recycling and garbage collection service.

The City asks residents for their patience and to please leave their carts out until collection is provided.
