Winnipeg, MB - This week, Winnipeg households will receive Mayor Sam Katz’s State of the City report, featuring a number of topics including infrastructure, active transportation and downtown revitalization. The report updates Winnipeggers on challenges that the City is facing and highlights recent achievements.

“The City of Winnipeg is a growing, dynamic city. However, renewal of our city’s infrastructure, such as roads and bridges and recreation facilities, remains our greatest challenge,” said Mayor Katz. “My hope is that Winnipeggers find this report informative and gain more knowledge about some of the projects and initiatives taking place at the City and in the community. I look forward to receiving residents’ feedback on how we can continue to work together to build a better city.”
