Winnipeg, MB - On Sunday, February 10, plan to get outside and have some winter fun at the Living Prairie Museum’s 4th Snow Trek. This annual event guarantees a fun-filled afternoon for the whole family!
Activities will include cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, urban poling, geocaching and sn-Art (snow art)! Free cross-country ski instruction and snowshoe hikes will also be available along with a limited supply of cross-country skis and snowshoes for participants to use free of charge.
Families can also enjoy a cup of homemade apple cider and free hot chocolate while sitting around a warm campfire. A Voyageur family will also be on hand to share stories from the prairie past.
