Roundabout to improve traffic flow, reduce vehicle emissions and fuel consumption

WINNIPEG, MB - To improve the flow of traffic at the intersection of Grassie Boulevard and Molson Street, a new roundabout has been constructed to replace the existing four way stop controlled juncture.

The intersection will begin operating as a roundabout starting on Friday, November 9, 2012. However, to allow for the final stage of construction, traffic approaching the intersection will not be permitted to travel eastbound on Grassie Boulevard until the last week of November at the latest.

Information on how to safety navigate a roundabout can be found on the City's website, What is a Roundabout?
