Lane closures for scheduled sewer repairs

WINNIPEG, MB - October 12, 2012 - The public is advised the following lane restrictions will be in place this weekend to allow crews to install a liner in the sewer pipes which will restore the aging sewers at these locations.

  • On Saturday, October 13, 2012, from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., two lanes of westbound traffic will be closed on Portage Avenue from Canora Street to Simcoe Street.
  • On Sunday, October 14, 2012, from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., the westbound lane will be closed to traffic on Selkirk Avenue from Salter Street to Powers Street.
