St. James Civic Centre – Facility Expansion
The proposed project involves an expansion of the St. James Civic Centre with an approximately 14,000-square-foot addition. This includes several multi-purpose program and meeting rooms, as well as dedicated administrative space for St. James Assiniboia 55+. Additional facility renovations include improvements to the auditorium, main building entry, washrooms, and development of a community kitchen. At present, only a portion of the funding required to proceed with the expansion has been secured.
