WINNIPEG - May 12, 2010 – In recognition of Charleswood – Tuxedo City Councillor Bill Clement’s 27-year dedication and hard work on behalf of the constituents of the Charleswood-Tuxedo Ward and the residents of the City of Winnipeg, Executive Policy Committee today will consider a motion to be moved by Mayor Sam Katz to rename the Charleswood Parkway and Charleswood Bridge to the “William R.
