The Animal Services Agency and its staff continually strive to provide for the communities it serves an environment in which the citizens and their pets can co-exist in harmony and safety. In addition the Agency promotes responsible pet ownership, improved customer service and professional care and response. To assist us with providing our mandate we appreciate hearing from the community regarding any questions or concerns.

Our normal business hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Closed on Statutory Holidays
Public Access to the Kennel Areas:
As of December 18, 2009, please be advised that the Dog Adoption Hours are Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from Noon until 4:00 p.m.
