Short-term rental platform

A short-term rental platform is a person, group of persons, or corporation that receives compensation to:

  • Market or broker the booking, reservation, rental, or listing of all or part of a dwelling unit used as a short-term rental
  • Collects fees in whole or in part on behalf of a short-term rental operator by means of a website or any digital application
