Winnipeg, MB – On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service (WFPS) responded to two structure fires.
Qu’Appelle Avenue fire
At 7:09 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, WFPS responded to reports of a fire in an apartment building in the 300 block of Qu’Appelle Avenue.
At the scene, crews found heavy smoke coming from the building. Firefighters attacked the fire and declared it under control at 7:27 p.m.
No injuries were reported. The fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available.
Ronald Street fire
At 8 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, WFPS responded to reports of a fire in a high-rise apartment building in the 200 block of Ronald Street.
At the scene, crews found smoke coming from the building. Firefighters attacked a fire and declared it under control at 8:33 p.m.
Paramedics assessed one patient and transported them to hospital in stable condition. The fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available.
