Activity Terms and Conditions

Select indoor pools and recreation centres will reopen as early as August 10. Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex and Pan Am Pool are now open. Standalone spray pads, outdoor pools, and select wading pools are open. Residents are encouraged to book swim/fitness blocks in advance prior to arriving at the facility, as there is no guarantee of available blocks for registration upon arrival. Visit leisureONLINE to reserve an available block, or contact 311 for assistance in registering.

All remaining City-owned and operated recreation centres, indoor pools, and arenas are closed to the public. We continue to assess City services based on the Province of Manitoba’s Restoring Safe Services plan and make decisions that we feel protect the health and safety of our staff and members of the public. For more information on City services, see: winnipeg.ca/COVID-19.
