Winnipeg, MB - All civic offices are closed on Victoria Day, Monday, May 20, 2013.

Recycling/Garbage Collection

Single-family homes
Recycling and garbage will be collected on Victoria Day for those residents with Monday as their weekly cart collection day.
Yard waste will be collected for those residents scheduled for yard waste pickup on Monday, May 20 (yard waste is collected once every two weeks).

Multi-family apartments
Recycling and garbage collection will continue as normally scheduled.

Brady Road Resource Management Facility (Brady Road Landfill)

Saturday, May 189:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, May 199:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday, May 205:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Hours of operation for the Fort Rouge Leisure Centre and St. James Civic Centre during the Victoria Day weekend are as follows:

Swimming Pools

All City of Winnipeg swimming pools will be closed on Monday, May 20, except Pan Am Pool and the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex.

Pan Am Pool will be open on Monday, May 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20.

Regular hours of operation are in effect for all pools on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19.

Hours of operation for Winnipeg Public Libraries during the Victoria Day weekend are as follows:

Hours of operation for the Animal Services Agency during the Victoria Day weekend are as follows:
