In early July 2026, the Major Crimes Unit began an investigation regarding the report of an individual who was posting social media photos of himself posing with firearms.
Further investigation, identified a suspect and determined he had 4 outstanding warrants.
On July 20, the suspect was taken into custody in the Fort Richmond neighbourhood and a search warrant was executed at a residence in the 1-99 block of Killarney Avenue. The following items were seized as a result of the investigation:
- 2 items of body armour
- Imitation Sig Sauer handgun
- A handmade knife
- 2 cannisters of bearspray
- 0.92 grams of methamphetamine (estimated street value = $50)
Treyven Robert CLEARSKY, (24), has been charged with the following offences:
- Possession of a Weapon x 4
- Carrying Concealed Weapon Prohibited Device or Ammunition
- Fail to Comply with Condition of Release Order x 4
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 4
- Possession of Scheduled Substance – Methamphetamine
- Possess Body Armour Without A Valid Permit Or In A Manner Inconsistent With The Valid Permit x 2
- Warrant: Robbery
- Warrant: Mischief Under $5,000, Fail to Comply Release Order
- Warrant: Fail to Comply Release Order
- Warrant: Fail to Comply Probation Order
He was detained in custody.
