The Winnipeg Police Service are requesting public assistance to identify a person of interest in relation to an arson that occurred on March 25, 2026, in the 100 block of Henderson Highway.
At 2:16 a.m., East District General Patrol officers were patrolling in the 100 block of Henderson Highway when they observed thick smoke coming from a vacant boarded up building. WFPS firefighters attacked the fire and declared it under control at 2:55 a.m. No injuries were reported.
The Major Crimes Unit assumed the investigation and is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following female:

She is described as:
- Small build with long, dyed red hair
- Wearing mukluks with tassels, a black hoodie or jacket, black and grey striped mittens, black pants, and glasses
- Carrying a small black object, possibly a bag or purse
