On October 3, 2024, at approximately 9:43 a.m., the Winnipeg Police Service were informed of a motor vehicle collision involving a single motor vehicle and a pedestrian in the area of Corydon Avenue and Lilac Street.
The pedestrian, a 75-year-old male, was transported to hospital in unstable condition.
The involved vehicle was a black 2022 Kia Seltos, and the driver remained on scene and spoke with police.
On October 11, the pedestrian succumbed to his injuries.
The Traffic Division’s Collision Investigation Section has assumed the investigation.
